Installation

Start setup rooms - For admin

Administrator of the domain can manage rooms to add in onleeUnlock. To setup your rooms you can check this help article : read here

The rooms of the domain are not added by default to onleeUnlock you need to add the rooms using the management interface in the Google Calendar add-on. If you need a bulk setup, please contact-us.

Admin who want to manage the rooms must at least have the resource view rights in the admin console. This is check to allow access to the admin management page of onleeUnlock.

Use onleeUnlock as a user

As an end user you can intereact with onleeUnlock in differents ways.

1. In Google Calendar using the search room option at the home card.

2. In Google Calendar, if you have access to the room calendar you can select the event that block the room and onleeUnlock will auto detect the room and propose to free up the room.

3. In the meeting room, if there is a QR Code in the room or on the door you can use it to free up the room from the meeting.
