Management of rooms is done by an admin of the domain, check pre requisite to validate you have the proper rights.
0. Pre requisite
To configure rooms within onleeUnlock, a user must possess an administrative account with at least these three specific roles :
Users view
View resources
Manage Calendars
Upon initial setup, you will need to designate an administrative account within the settings to facilitate the release of rooms. Please enter the email address associated with an account holding these two administrative roles.
Refer to checkpoint 4 for more comprehensive information.
Go to Google Calendar and add the calendar resources to your calendar
2. Search on the page Calendar ID
Copy the ID.
3. Go to the admin section of onleeUnlock and add a this new room.
For each room you can select :
Allow onleeUnlock to remove all day event or not.
Time before onleeUnlock can remove the event. Best is 5 to 10 minutes.
You select to disable the configuration of the room, if you want to setup the room sometime before to activate.
🏁 It's finish the room is setup and you can now remove event if the room is empty.
4. Settings page
You can access settings page using the 3dots menu and then Settings/License.
The first time you open the page to manage room if email admin to impersonate is not setup, you will be prompted to open the settings page.
